Top Frequently Asked Questions
Does the price of inflatable bounce house and/or water slide rental include set up and delivery?
Yes, within a 15 mile radius from Yakima. Any deliveries made outside our area of service will require a per mile fee of $1.50
Do you deliver inflatables to other cities?
Yes, but all out of range deliveries will be taken on a case to case basis depending on our workload for that specific day. Â Â but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be substantial.
How long do we get to have the Jumper? 4 hours? 6 hours?
We have 4, 8, and 24 hour time frames for you to choose from. The unit will be dropped off before the start of your party so you can enjoy the full amount of time you paid for. Â
When do you set up your inflatable bounce houses and/or water slides?
we deliver as early as 8am and we keep a log of delivery times that you give us and we work a schedule around it, however sometimes we may come earlier or a little later depending on how our other deliveries went before you. We encourage you to have someone home if you have other tasks for the day. Delivery times are limited and are on a first come first serve basis.
Do we have to keep the jump plugged in the entire time?
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged the inflatable will deflate, and could be hazardous and even deadly to anyone that may still be inside the unit.
What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
We love setting up our inflatable bouncers at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park without electricity, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, some parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day or make a reservation through the parks department. If you do rent at a park please choose a delivery time in which you will be present.
When is the payment for the inflatable due?
The payment for the inflatable is due upon set up in the full amount (minus the deposit amount)
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. 50$ for combos and slides and 25$ for bounce houses
What payments do you take?
Cash or credit debit card. NO checks. Paying by cash, please have exact change. Credit card must be present so we can swipe the card. Please be aware that paying with card may accrue extra fees.
Do you offer military discounts?
Yes! we offer a 10% discount to all Vets and Military.
What if we need to cancel our party rental order?
Deposits are refundable up to 10 days before the day of event. Any cancelations made on days 2-9 before the event can be rain checked for up to one year, and any last minute cancelations or cancelations on the day of are non refundable. Cancelations due to weather that makes inflatable play unsafe can be canceled with a full refund of your deposit.
Is Deposit Refundable?
They are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 10 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2-9 days prior to your rental you will be given a raincheck that is good for 1 full year from Event Date. Any cancelations due to weather deemed unsafe for inflatables will be refunded. Â
How big are the jumps?
Our bounce houses, jumpers, combos, slides and obstacle course all very in size. please refer to the inflatables listed on our website for size information or give us a call.
What surfaces can you setup on?
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. If you’d like to have a slide set up on asphalt or concrete please give us a call please tell us if the surface for set up is on asphalt or concrete at the time of reservation. Asphalt and concrete require sandbags to anchor to the ground. Combos and bounce houses are fine for setup on concrete, however our Large waterslides must have underground anchors
Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
Absolutely. If you contact us we can send you a copy to go over before you rent.
Are we responsible for the inflatable bounce house and/or water slide if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don´t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we read you the rules and leave a copy for you to refer back to in our absence.
Do you offer inflatables for charity events?
Yes! We love Charities and giving back to the community. We would love to talk about offering an inflatable for a charity! give us a call!
What do you use to clean your inflatables?
We use a product called Odo-Ban on all our inflatables after every use.
why is there a 25$ fee for using water on combos?
There is extensively more clean up for water combos than dry combos.
Do you allow overnight rentals?
If the unit isn’t already out for the following day then we may allow you to have the rental overnight for our 24 hour time block. If you want the rental the night before your rental date then that may be arranged, and beneficial if we have a busy weekend so don’t hesitate to ask!
We've rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
NO,- aside from a bit of pesky grass that seems to lodge itself into everything- The jumper should be cleaned when you get it. 509 Jumpers cleans and disinfects after or before every rental.  Dirty and stained inflatables are often a sign that the inflatables weren’t properly taken care of, and or the rental company doesn’t follow proper maintenance guidelines. Dirty dingy inflatables can also be a sign that the unit needs to be replaced. Inflatables are sturdy, but they don’t last forever.
